Wireless personal area network (PAN)

Here we can use Bluetooth. Bluetooth technology was developed in the year 1978 by Ericsson. The name Bluetooth came due to a pirate king of Nordic countries. Bluetooth technology Range is up to 10 feet. When we use QAM modulation, channel bandwidth is approximately 200 kHz. We can achieve a data rate up to 1 Mbps. In a sense we can say that this technology is a short wire replacement for wireless. Zigbee phones in the United States have a range of 30m with data rate 144 kbps. It can also be utilized as a networking video.
